The brush could have been boar bristles, then would’ve been at 5. I use it on middle setting for temperature, this way there’s no high heat. Better than the cheaper counterparts, like Revlon, that burn your hair.

Although a trustworthy name and great warranty it just doesn’t dry as well as one would think. Maybe our hair is to thick and we need smaller sections? We won’t give up the fight! We’re determined to make it work!

She had it for about a month and it will just shut off and not turn back on. Now i am afraid im going to have to deal with Dyson to get it figured out. Not what i expected when spending over 600 bucks...

She liked it, but in the end she didn't think it was worth the money. Like other reviews, there is a learning curve, and to be honest I don't think she got past the curve by the time we needed to return it.

I clean the filter DAILY before each use and have done all troubleshooting from Dyson. Nothing works. What an absurd waste of money. Better off buying literally anything else.

I had been waiting a while to purchase one because of the price but I was drawn in by the blue and copper. Works great, just wish they had the option for longer barrels since I have really long hair.
