  • No curl with the air wrap

    I was so excited to get this but the problem is the airwrap did not hold a curl. The concept is amazing and very user friendly. I tried 3 different occasions to curl my hair and it did not… I will be returning this

      Hello Evie, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're sorry to hear that you've had some issues with getting curls to hold when using the Dyson Airwrap Styler. While we are thrilled to hear that you were so impressed with the concept and ease of use, we're sorry we seem to have missed the mark for you. There is definitely a learning curve when using the Airwrap styler.

      If you're experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls. If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

    For 600 dollars this thing should work amazing . Im not sure if i got a faulty one but from the moment i opened it i had problems with it shutting off on me . When i could get it to work my curls lasted me 20 minutes max .
