This dyson airwrap is the WORST IT STOPPED WORKING AFTER 3 MONTHS ive been calling dyson support every day being on hold for 2 hours sometimes then i sent through ups for a warranty replacement and its been over a month and im still waiting for the replacement the dyson coustmer service is the worst they lie all the time i will attach the screenshot

I picked up an open box plus everything inside was dirty with lots of hair in the brushes, damaged brushes Was nasty, i returned the next day and they did not have a product to exchange Very disappointed

1. I received a USED and dirty product instead of a BRAND new one, though I purchased and paid for a BRAND NEW product. 2. The color of the product I ordered matches with the box but, there's a different one INSIDE! 3. All the parts look used and filled with dust/dirt. 4. A few parts are completely missing! These issues are completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I asked if best buy offers Dyson Europe style from online agent and answer was yes, i clarified Europe has 220-240 voltage not 120 as in US agent say yes they definitely have it. I bought it and send it to my wife as a gift for her birthday to Europe to find out it is US use only. That’s so ridiculous!!!

I've waited months to write this review, and the anxiety and guilt I felt when I first purchased the Dyson Airwrap is long gone. Before taking the plunge, I had been using a cheapish hair-dryer-barrel-brush tool that gave me mediocre results, until a very scary day when it didn't sound like itself and started smoking while I was styling my damp hair. That burnt smell gave me nightmares, which then led me to consider upgrading to this Dyson. And after a bunch of "just do it don't you dare do it" conversations in my head, I rationalized that I could return it if I wasn't impressed (like no big deal, relax). For the record, I have an awesome hair stylist that will do great things to my hair, but I lack the time and patience to even attempt to try and get my hair styled in the ways he does after my cut/color, and we grew to understand and accept that about me for years. But with the Dyson Airwrap, I'm very close to making my hair look like I've had a salon day every time I use it, and that's because it's seriously quick and easy, and I actually enjoy our short time together. Frequently I use the soft/flex brush attachment and simply run it through my dry hair right before I leave the house or minutes before I have to be on video conference for work. And when I'm being especially fancy (like for my brother's wedding), I use the other attachments to build some body and/or waves (I have some volumizing foam for those special occasions). For reference, I've been maintaining variations of a bob all year, with the longest section being the front sides just barely grazing my shoulders. My hair is fine, but I have a lot of it, and that "effortless" look was never easy for me to achieve until now. I don't use the bigger barrel because the smaller one works best with my length and the styles I'm going for. The rounded volumizing brush wasn't my favorite attachment, but I've barely given it a chance because I'm thrilled with the results I'm already getting with the others. So if that scary day had never happened, I would've continued making eyerolls over anyone telling me this thing is worth the price tag. I still think it's too expensive, yet I can't help but love it and all the compliments I get about my hair now.

Ive never been good at usuing a curling iron but this!! But this is UHMAZING!! I can style my hair in 10 mins with little effort! Love it!! Wet to dry in 10 mins!! With beautiful waves. No frizZ!!

Purchased as a birthday present for my wife who often complains of her curls taking too long to get done while also "uncurling" shortly after. This device has totally changed that for her. Her friends are jealous and steal it while on trips. I look like such a great guy for having bought this thing.
