My gf has straight thin hair and this works great for her. It dries her hair in less than half the time than a standard drier, and curls her hair very quickly. She would regularly go to bed with wet hair b/c she was too tired to dry it. It's so fast, that she dries it every night now. She said that it curls her hair with much less damage then her iron, and won't burn herself anymore. I calculated that with time and energy used, this equipment is less expensive to buy and use than what she was currently using. I'm not sure it works on all types of hair types, but it sure does work great on hers. Plus, it's really quiet, and a beautiful gift.

I love it!! I use it to blow dry my hair after I get out the shower and it makes my hair so smooth! Definitely is worth the money

I have thin wavy fizzy hair and it smooth out and reduces frizz just by using the soft brush tool. Same results as if using the flat iron but much better since it doesn’t damage your hair plus it makes the hair so soft and shiny. Case is quite bulky so I leave out the dryer and frequently used tools in the travel pouch and it’s much more convenient. You get better results as you get used to the dryer and the tools so don’t be disappointed after first few uses.

I purchased this with high expectations due to the hefty price. It’s a good little hair dryer with several attachments. The barrels for curling are amazing, but if you have thick hair they don’t grab all the hair. The dryer also blows other parts of your hair while you’re trying to use the curling barrels, which messes up other parts of your hair. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money to me. I tried to return it to Best Buy, but their return window is two weeks. It’s hard to decide if you like a product like this in two weeks because unless you wash your hair every day, you may only use it a few times. I’m disappointed in Best Buy’s return policy and going forward I will only buy products that have a minimum 30 day return policy. As for the product, I wouldn’t recommend it for the price.

Bought this for my wife. She wanted it to use for her fly aways and it works great. I use it too to style my hair as well. It’s a bit pricey, but is very versatile and comes with many different attachments.

Let me start by saying that the Dyson Airwrap is an amazing styling tool when it works. My wife was thrilled when she received it as a gift, and the first few uses yielded beautiful results. However, our excitement quickly turned to frustration when the Airwrap suddenly stopped working on the fourth use. We were out of town, but thankfully, Dyson's customer service was friendly and helpful over the phone. The representative walked me through troubleshooting steps, but when that didn't work, he insisted on a video conference to watch me repeat the process. While I understand the need for thoroughness, it felt a bit excessive and inconvenient. The real disappointment came when the representative informed us that we would have to return the defective unit before they would send a replacement. Considering the high price of the Airwrap (nearly $500), I was shocked that they wouldn't expedite the process to ensure customer satisfaction. We were left without a working product for an entire month, which was unacceptable. Thankfully, the replacement unit finally arrived and has been working well so far. However, the initial experience left a sour taste in our mouths. While the Airwrap is undoubtedly a great product when it functions properly, the lack of urgency and customer-centric solutions from Dyson during our time of need was disappointing. Overall, I would recommend the Dyson Airwrap with caution. It's a fantastic styling tool, but be prepared for potential hiccups and a less-than-ideal customer service experience if you encounter any issues.
