Such a good product. Easy to use and doesnt pull or burn my hair. This sets the curl so fast.

I love this product. It's all I have been using to style my hair. I have never once used my flat iron to straighten my hair ever since I got this. I love that it doesn't use a lot of heat unlike other hair appliance. I like how light it is and doesn't make ny arms tired when I use it. There is a learning curve to use the curling barrels but it doesn't take long to learn how to use them. It is expensive but is worth it!

It takes time to learn and get the hair to stay styled but the brush attachments and blow dryer attachments are great and cut your styling time in half.

Splitting hairs with what needs to be improved to make this a perfect device. Even with the below mentioned "issues," it's totally worth the investment. All attachments work as expected, except the curling set. The brushes and "dryer" (it isn't an actual hairdryer, but there is a sort of "dryer" attachment, please don't get this if you are looking for a hairdryer) do a great job. Think of this as something that can take your hair from wet to a little damp and manageable. It won't take wet hair to a completely dry state, simply doesn't have the oooomph or air flow to accomplish that. Knew that when I got this, so it doesn't bother me one bit. So about the curling set of attachments; they're tedious and take a few attempts each and every time to get it to "grab" and wrap the hair as it's designed to do. Not terrible, but also doesn't work 100% of the time every time. Maybe it works better for different/specific types of hair than others, but for medium length, thicker hair, they don't seem to work all the time. You can still curl your hair, it just takes a lot longer than it should as you have to keep at it over and over again until it wraps around. Once done, the curls do hold very well and for a long period of time, so it's still worth the hassle. The buttons are too similar to the point where when you are moving it around you can't really tell which is the air control and which is the cool/hot just by using your finger. The buttons are both identical is finish, size, and placement. One being convex, the other concave, or putting a couple bumps on one and not the other would really help distinguish between the two. Those gripes aside, the fit and finish is great. The storage box is a really nice touch. Covered in leather with notches and spaces for all the pieces, really nice way to store the Airwrap.

Best ever. I have super long hair and have been dealing with hair dryers, curling irons, and hair straighteners all my life. This has literally all of that plus more. I also have a combination of wavy and straight hair, and a combination of fine hair and thick and wiry (thank you, gray hairs), and the airwrap tames all that down. It makes it super silky and smooth, and I've gotten a ton of compliments.

My girls been trying to get one since covid and its always been sold out, was fortunate to snag one around black friday! Shes loved it has been using it just about every day. ( for the price I hope so lol) She says it does it all and that she can now get rid of most of her other hair iron products (thank god)
