The outcome is that I have to involve law enforcement to resolve the issue. Now I am facing a $600 loss and have not received the product. I attempted to contact the address where it was delivered, but it does not exist. They provided a picture of the porch area, but the phone number is also nonexistent. I am extremely dissatisfied.

Great for longer hair

My hair is very fine an thin an it a chin length bob. Did not want a o spend another $50 dollars on smaller barrels. I returned an got dryer.

Great purchase.

I gained many brownie points for this purchase. She loves it. It has sped up her time getting ready to work and allowed her to sleep in a little longer in the mornings.

Honestly, she does not use it at all because she has very long and heavy hair and the tools don’t seem to be equipped to handle such long hair. However, when she gets it to work, after 3+ hours, she agrees that her curls stay for a longer time.

I have 22” extensions and all the brush attachments and dryer work really well. But the actual barrel’s dont. I have watched alot of air wrap how-to’s and I have noticed in majority of them it’s being used on medium-short hair. I know on Dyson website it has you customize if you need the extended barrels vs the regular ones it comes with. But thats not where i got it from. Then again I dont know how well it would hold on that long of hair. I tried on my natural/wavy short hair and it gave a TON of volume and looked nice but still had a decent amount of frizz. Overall I give it a 6/10. Its nice but I don’t think its worth $600 for the same effect you can do with a blow dryer and a round brush. Or maybe i just suck at it. Ah well

She is totally in love with the Dyson Airwrap. Her favorite is the curling adapter. The Dyson uses air to wrap her hair around the adapter. It's pretty amazing when she showed me.

Can’t beat the versatility of the unit being able to curl/brush/dry! Works great even after 2 years of use. Make sure to clean the filter with the included brush or it will shutdown on you.

It takes a little bit of getting use to but once you get it, its amazing! Only downside is its cost and not sure if I could recommend to friends unless the cost came down.
