    If youre thinking about buying it - do it! I was a bit sticker shocked, but definitely worth the money. My hair looks so smooth and it cuts the style time in half.

    Product was defective when girlfriend tried to use after Christmas. Would not heat at all when trying to use temperature switches. Luckily my sister has one so we were able to compare the experience to confirm. Contacted Dyson support, after going back and forth for a bit my options were either to have the product repaired, send in for an exchange without a replacement ETA, or return product to retail store. Ended up returning to Best Buy.

    Purchased the styler on the black friday deal. Great deal, works great but took some time to get used to it. I recommend watching youtube videos for different styles.

    Over priced, doesn’t work too well for my hair. Curls don’t stay. By the time im done with one side the other uncurls.

    I love it. I have long and coarse hair I can get it dry less than 20mins. Except I have to learn more how to curls my hair since I have much hair. I definitely recommended.

    I really enjoy my dyson. I will say that I haven’t mastered all of the tools yet and I wish the original kit came with the longer barrels. But I do like the fact this is less heat on my hair. I’m hoping I will see the long lasting perks.

    Good price, good products great customer services. Got my price match but with inconvenient. It’s not the cashier or manager’s fault. It’s system for members that not accurately allow simple processes. Otherwise would have a 5 stars.

    My wife originally used the Dyson blow dryer, but she uses the Dyson Airwrap exclusively now. It is the most efficient thing to both blow dry and straighten her har.
