After that point, the device started overheating when ever it was set to highest speed. Bestbuy offered no returns (apparently they only give their customers 14 days to return faulty equipment they sold to them). For how expensive this is, I was disappointed that the product was defective to begin with. Dyson luckily has their own warranty and they immediately offered to take the item back, and send a new one. I sent the old one in, and I am still waiting for the new one. Hopefully it does not break on me in less than 4 uses.

Love the curls for those few minutes though but could be better. It’s a quick way to blow dry and do everything else just does not hold no matter how much I have tried.
