It takes forever to curl also so it’s not for daily use unless you want to wake up extra early and style. Clearly not the biggest fan but if you have patience then this might be for you.

However before I could even finish my hair, all the curls fell. I’ve tried everything recommended in forums and spent even more money on good products to help the curls stay without success. After a week of trying, I finally gave up and returned it.

In order to get tha curls the way you want, you are not supossed to dry your hair completely. If you have curly hair, that means your roots will look freezy and puffy. If you dry your hair properly and then use the curling attachments, the curls don’t properly hold. Sooooo, I’ll be returning it :(

The hair Holy Grail

Lots of hugs, all of her friends are even friendlier to her now and I have increased my status as greatest dad ever! The product itself seems very well made, designed and high quality. The curls are full and have a lot of body. Drier works quickly. Definitely a learning curve for how to use it to its fullest, but there are plenty of resources out there for that. If you're on the fence about getting this for the lady in your life, just take the plunge and enjoy the reaction!

We returned it to our local Best Buy and they ordered a replacement no questions asked. We received the replacement two days later.
