It worked great from the beginning but after a year it stop working

Bought but just started using last month and the brush is faulty and wont stay clicked onto the machine. Call dyson for for customer support and they said I would have to send back mine which could take over a week and they would have to inspect it and then resend a new one which they couldn’t give a timeframe for so I would be out of a hairdryer for at least a month even though they saw on video that it was faulty. I don’t know what else they need to check and why I should be left without a hairdryer for up to a month possibly more – should back up their products. I’m so disappointed. They said a replacement brush is not possible at the time because they are out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock. I wish I had started using it when I first got it so I could’ve returned it to Best Buy but since I passed a 30 day window, that’s not possible. you would think after paying so much money for our product they would help a little bit more. Shame on DYSON!!!

It’s good but not great. For the price point, I decided to return this product. The styling took me much longer than normal, and did not hold well ( even when using on wet hair)

As i seen many have good experiences and outcomes, that wasn’t the case for me. I was really excited to get this for my mom for mother’s day, but her hair legit kept getting stuck in it.

Sure it was a great machine, but my wife’s hair is fairly textured so this unit did not have the appropriate attachments.

I think that it would have worked better for other types of hair, however personally I feel that the results did not last more than an hour. I ended up returning it.

I wanted to love this. But it was more difficult to use than I was willing to do for the price. I love My dyson dyer and the air flat iron.

Unfortunately, I believe I got a returned item that had been used but since I don’t live in the states I can’t return. Other than that, order for pick up was easy and time efficient

I'm really surprised by the high reviews this product has gotten. Unfortunately, my experience with the Dyson Airwrap has been quite disappointing. The results I achieved after using it were unsatisfactory. The problem is that the product cannot be returned after 15 days, which is simply not enough time to accurately assess its effectiveness. Furthermore, I received the product on a day when I had to travel, so I couldn't use it for the full 15-day period, unaware that this was my only window of opportunity. Upon using the Dyson Airwrap, my hair appeared lackluster, and the drying effect did not last at all. In fact, the following day, my hair looked worse than it did before. It's astonishing to think that a $600 dryer would leave my hair even frizzier and more damaged.

I got this thinking it would make it easier to curl my hair, but it actually makes it more complicated. Your hair has to be damp and the blower makes it hard to control how much goes into the curler. It also causes more flyaways. Overall its not great for how expensive it is.

I bought this but it doesn’t work for me. My hair is curly, my daughter hair is soft and works perfectly fine for her type of hair.

This was a gift, wasn’t really what the person was expecting, so after trying and trying, we decided to return it.

Overpriced. It’s nice and fancy, but i do better curls with curling iron. Maybe i needed more time to get used to it, but the purpose was to save time and not invest more.

Looks like product has been used before. Doesn’t have any of the protective stickers. And also seems like the new version doesn’t come with the velvet inserts like the older model??

I typically love Dyson products, this one just was not for my hair type. I have naturally curly hair. Was really hoping for a less damaging way to get silky smooth straight hair. I gave this very expensive tool multiple attempts and each time my hair just ended up being a frizz ball shortly after styling. I do believe this could be a great tool for someone with less natural texture.

I was very excited to get this for my birthday. I have long hair, love the salon look, and recently got a cheap Revlon blow dry brush that worked great. I thought, I am going to treat myself to the very best. After several videos and several tries, I am just conceding that my hair looks better with the sumplr revlon blow dry brush. Appreciate that I can return!

Best Buy was great but hairdryer was broken :( Super easy pick up but sadly had to return.

It’s good for long hair. It didn’t work for me and make my hair frizzy. I prefer Airstrait.

It holds hair good for sometime only and not longer as compared to salons.
