Incredible but Not Reliable

I have tried using Dyson for almost three years now. Every six months or so (despite me cleaning the filter and taking good care in storage) this dryer just dies. Turns off while using and does not turn back on. The company is great about sending replacements but it just is not worth it. Seems like they would solve this known issue with such a high price point.

I have no issues with any other Dyson products. I have the cordless flatiron and it’s amazing. Why do I keep buying? I have joint issues from Lupus and it makes styling easy.

Expensive but worth it.

I have at least twice as much hair as their video models, and it would take forever with this thing. It only holds tiny amounts of hair at a time. The strands I was able to wave came out a bit dull (my hair is usually super shiny). I’m sure it’s great for some people, but for me it was really disappointing - I love my Dyson hair dryer, but not the Airwrap.

So, I tried to do my hairstyle with my sister’s (which is silver) and I noticed a big difference and also, faster. I felt sad, I also had a scratch my Dyson.
