My experience with Dyson's customer service and warranty has been nothing short of abysmal. My special edition Airwrap died within 9 months – it simply wouldn't turn on, the white light blinked, it made a noise, and that was it. Despite cleaning and maintaining the filter, the same issue plagued both my original purchase AND the replacement unit they sent! Dyson's customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and difficult to communicate with. To add insult to injury, they sent the replacement to an old address! Their resolution? Offer me a refurbished unit. While unacceptable, I accepted it out of sheer exhaustion from fighting with them. This whole ordeal highlights the stark difference between Dyson and other brands. Shark, for instance, offers superior warranties and customer service. I've had no issues with their vacuums or their hair styler (which I switched to after this Dyson debacle). Buyer beware: Dyson's premium price tag doesn't translate to premium quality or customer support. Consider alternatives like Shark, which offer better value and peace of mind.

I got the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete Long (Strawberry Bronze/Blush Pink) as a gift for a friend. It’s a beautiful set and super well made, but to be honest, it didn’t work that well for her. She has fine, soft hair and while the tool styled it quickly and with minimal heat, the curls just didn’t hold at all—within an hour they completely fell flat, even with product. It’s great in theory, especially for protecting hair from heat damage, but for her hair type it just wasn’t worth the price. I think it could work better for someone with thicker or more textured hair. The presentation and packaging were gorgeous though, definitely felt like a luxury item. Just wish it had delivered better results.

Bought this as an early Christmas gift for the wife and she fell in love with it! So much functionality as well as easy use to make doing her hair that much easier

Sick of burning your fingers -- this device automatically winds the hair around the heating element so you don't have to risk burning your fingers :) Not as good as a real blowout/styling but might be good enough for more casual events.

Product works really good. It won’t get you the same result as the iron heat ones, though. This product doesn’t make any harm to my hair.

I have long and thick hair, before it took me an hour to dry and style my hair but now with Dyson it only takes 20 minutes. I am very happy.

My husband surprised me with this as my birthday gift and it’s absolutely stunning. It changed my life. My hair never looked so amazing. I am not only impressed by its packaging but convenience of storage. I feel like my hair is not having as much heat to it as it used to with other hair dryers. It works great, fast and I absolutely love its anti frizz attachment. My daughter too has fallen in love with its curling rods. I never have to worry about her hair damage with this and never hesitate to use it on my or my daughters hair. This is worth all the hype!

Best investment ever. I used this almost daily. I get a fresh blowout look every time! I have thinner, medium length hair. It took me a few tries to get used to using the wands but once I got the hang out of it comes second nature.

I will say I was iffy about purchasing a dyson air wrap since it is pricey for a hair appliance but it is definitely worth it. Getting ready has gotten easier and additionally fun as well. Hair definitely even got compliments from other people. Definitely worth the price!

Pros: Everything , just buy it! Give it multiple times before you give up, there is a learning curve but once you figure it out this device is WORTH IT, even for the price (but if you can get it on sale even better) You can blow dry your full head, straighter, curl. I no longer need a single blow dryer because this does it all. The only con is you can not use this on dry hair and sometimes I like to style the morning after. Just take a spray bottle wet your hair a little and good to use it again. It does not get scolding hot like other hair tools, and I love their is a cool shot to set your style. Tips: Use styling products to make style last longer.
