It is now been 4 days since Christmas and she has used it every single day since then. So far she has no complaints and as somebody who is in the room when she does it, I can attest to how quiet the machine itself is. The build quality is really nice and I've used it a handful of times to blow dry my son's hair to avoid getting sick and it works like a charm. Highly recommend.
