When it works, it’s great! Buy protection plan.

She has long, very thick hair and says the Airwrap works great for her. The problem is, it keeps randomly turn off when using it (and yes the filter is perfectly clean when this happens). In fact it’s been doing this since she purchased it on 11/24/24, but because she likes it so much, she’s been hesitant to return it. Well, it’s finally got the better of her and it’s going back to Best Buy for a return/repurchase as we are Best Buy Total members. If the replacement does the same, it will be returned and we won’t be buying another as this is simply unacceptable for such an expensive item. Unless you get the protection plan, I’d think long and hard before purchasing.

Dyson Airwrap, confused Dad - Happy Daughter!!

When she explained what it was I was skeptical - but this item is solidly built and performs to her expectations, it does the Dyson name proud. Well worth the money spent!

I was impressed as to how well it worked and how easy it is to use. Everyone's hair is different so results may vary. My wife has very straight hair so she did need to use a spray to hold her curls longer.
