I have seen may videos about the product, good and bad. I can see where the bad comes from but I have had nothing but great outcomes. Holds curls great!

I don't find this to be more efficient for curling hair but it does speed up the hairdrying process by a lot!! This took a lot of video tutorials and tiral and error to understand. If you aren't willing to learn how to properly use the dyson I would say save your money. It isnt the most user friendly to the naked eye. Mine also arrived with a scratch on the side which is unfortunate.
