In the end, she decided to return it because she was disappointed that it didn't work as well as she expected (based on youtube demos). She had a lot of fun doing her hair with it and loved the concept but at the end of the day it just didn't get hot enough to style her hair for the whole day. She said it could be her hair type (naturally a little curly), but her hair looked perfect in the morning and by early afternoon it would morph into a birds nest. The product itself is really well made, the case and the parts look and feel like a $600 hair tool, but at the end of the day she said her $30 electric hair brush worked just as well for her hair type.

She enjoys using it and likes that it doesn't use excessive heat that damages her hair. Overall great product. Glad I was notified by best buy when it came in stock.

She tells me her hair gets done much quicker, and is much more gentler on her hair. It takes a little getting used to at first, but once you get the hang of it, she tells me she won't use anything else.

It dries my hair so fast and curls it so pretty. It’s a learning process but once you get there it’s so pretty.

My hair used to be so frizzy and this helped so much. The firm smoothing brush is a game changer, I've practiced a little bit of a curler but I'm not an expert just yet.

I didn't realize it doubles as a blowdryer so now I don't use my Dyson standalone dryer much anymore. Oh, and FYI, it comes in a HUGE case.

I purchased it as a gift for my wife, but learned that her hair is too short and too fine for it to be of any use to her. This will work very well for people who have longer hair, but it does not work for those with short, fine hair.

At first I thought it was a bit expensive but now I feel like it’s worth every penny. Don’t have go get my hair styled or straightened. I didn’t have it for that long but so far I love it.

The dryer is good but again not better than my $125 Baby Bliss. If the unit cost $100 I would keep it, but it just isn’t special enough to justify the price. The cord is also clumsy and heavy.

The Airwrap™ can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls. That makes styling my hair a pretty painful experience usually. With this product, it is completely painless. I absolutely love it! The case it comes in is very pretty also.
