Bought this for a girlfriend, definitely takes a while to get used to using this machine, but she loves it now. Pricewise, a little high for what it does, but what do I know about women's hair!

I bought this as a gift for my aunt, needless to say, she no longer has her hair stylus do treatments to make her hair less curly. I say make the investment and you will not regret it!

The hype is real. I love this thing and I haven’t figured out how to use all the parts. It cuts down on dry time and my hair is less frizzy.

I ordered this product online. UPS delivered to a different address. UPS ran an investigation and determined that in fact it wasn't delivered to my address and referred the claim back to the sender (bestbuy). It has been almost a month and I have not gotten a replacement or refund. Every time I call into customer service, they give me the run around. UNACCEPTABLE! terrible experience.

Bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. I was skeptical at first that the hair dryer would not be powerful but this thing blows some serious air and my girlfriend couldn’t be happier.

Ive received an incomplete order cleaning brush is missing and a 2 heat settings dyson where it should actually be 3/4 heat settings based on the data. This doesnt even seem like the limited edition product. Seemed like a dupe to me when compared to what i saw at store. Best buy online CS agent was not able to do anything and mentioned on going to a store which is 135 miles away to talk to the manager.

Got it for my wife who was using a dryer + curling wand everyday. This does both much quicker and without as much stress on her hair. Sure, it's pricey, but it works really well and should last a long time.

Best purchase ever, it is worth every penny. That is what my wife said when she got it as a gift. Very flexible and functional. Air is strong and the wrap system is revolutionary.

This is a godsend if you have fine hair. You can tell when you inbox that the quality is top notch. Unfortunately I already had a warranty issue, and dyson handled it really well.
