The unit stopped working with the red light blinking 4 weeks after purchase. We cleaned up the filter (an indication of the red light) and even called customer service. Nothing worked. Now I've sent it back to Dyson for a replacement. Even the results (when it was working) were not WOW. Not worth the price.

My only issue is that it does make my hair a little frizzy but it can be fixed. Other than that, and learning how to use it, I love this and my hair has never felt better!

I was saving all my points with Ulta but my hunny surprised me with it on my birthday. I was so excited and ready to use it. To my surprise that excitement soon turned to oh oh, I don’t know how to use it. The curling tools I have not been able to use even after watching the video several, multiple times. It’s almost like needed two extra hands and eyes on the back of your head. The blow dryer piece and a couple of the brushes are awesome. The round brushed my hair frizzy and too many fly always. So, I’m conclusion, is it worth the 600 dollars? In my opinion, or in my case, no. The other downfall is that it doesn’t come with a diffuser and the diffuser from the blow dryer is not compatible. :( I will need to buy a blow dryer just for this. This is my reason for giving it 3 stars.

The case helps manage all the pieces. (The hair dryer is not the same as the stand alone version. It’s to get your hair to damp.)

Hair is dried and styled/curled/straightened in less than 10 minutes, does not pull my hair, does not fry my hair and people have been telling my how great my hair looks.

My long, thick hair goes from soaking wet to styled completely in under 10 minutes. NO MORE FLAT IRON.
