    Unfortunately it is not as easy to use as the videos! I have thick but fine hair ~ doesn’t hold “the bend” as good as a curling iron. I think I’m going to return it....not worth the money!

    Gave it to my wife. She had it for about a month and it will just shut off and not turn back on. Now i am afraid im going to have to deal with Dyson to get it figured out. Not what i expected when spending over 600 bucks...
