No way to get your money back and they will only offer to send you a new one. I'd rather just have my money back because apparently this is a trending issue with these! Have yet to figure out how to get my hair to hold the curls. I wouldn’t recommend buying it for the price if you’re looking for beautiful curls, mine only last about 30 min.. I have long hair so it would’ve been nice to know about the long barrels or had that as an option, they are 39.99 in addition to the cost of the kit. Was pretty disappointed… however, I do love the volume I get from using the other attachments. If I was gonna do it again, I probably wouldn’t..

Posted .Hi Megs, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're glad to hear that thus far in your use, you've found the pre-styling dryer and brushes in your Airwrap kit to work so well. Curls can be tricky. If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.
