    I was very excited to get my Dyson however I would not purchase this item again. 1. There is a huge learning curve it takes awhile to get the hang of it. 2. got the full system however the barrels included only work for short hair. 3. After purchasing additional barrels for long hair and getting past the learning curve it would only turn on for a few seconds at a time.

      Hi Mimi, this is Kelly with Dyson. I'm so sorry that we missed the mark on the shorter barrels that come standard with the Dyson Airwrap™ styler. I am, however, happy to hear that you do have the longer barrels which you should find do work better for longer or thicker hair. There is definitely a learning curve to using the Airwrap™.     I purchased the airwrap when it had a decent discount. I just need to figure out how to keep my curls after they're done (sigh). Still need to test out all the components but instructions were clear.
