    So my wife bought this as a splurge item. She has long, very thick hair and says the Airwrap works great for her. The problem is, it keeps randomly turn off when using it (and yes the filter is perfectly clean when this happens). In fact it’s been doing this since she purchased it on 11/24/24, but because she likes it so much, she’s been hesitant to return it. Well, it’s finally got the better of her and it’s going back to Best Buy for a return/repurchase as we are Best Buy Total members. If the replacement does the same, it will be returned and we won’t be buying another as this is simply unacceptable for such an expensive item. Unless you get the protection plan, I’d think long and hard before purchasing.
