    Absolutely love the ease and use and results but this simply does not last. I have tried using Dyson for almost three years now. Every six months or so (despite me cleaning the filter and taking good care in storage) this dryer just dies. Turns off while using and does not turn back on. The company is great about sending replacements but it just is not worth it. Seems like they would solve this known issue with such a high price point.

    This does NOT come with the large round brush attachement as shown in photos. I even read through the asked questions and dyson reassured it comes with the large attachement.

    Maybe its better the silver one

    I buy it because I was waiting a long time for one and then I finally bought it, but when I tried it I realized that it was not heating up enough when I combed my hair. So, I tried to do my hairstyle with my sister’s (which is silver) and I noticed a big difference and also, faster. I felt sad, I also had a scratch my Dyson.

    Do not buy dyson

    I will never buy another Dyson product. They are very expensive and Dyson does not stand behind them when they fail. They will act like they care cause you to spend lots of time on the phone and mailing the product in to them only for them to do nothing but call regularly and ask what the status is.
