    I am not satisfied with the shipping, I mean for the $700 that I paid and the package is not protected, but only in the Dyson box, which was all knocked on the edges of the package, shipping below zero, I am not satisfied with the shipping

    A Cautionary Tale

    My experience with Dyson's customer service and warranty has been nothing short of abysmal. My special edition Airwrap died within 9 months – it simply wouldn't turn on, the white light blinked, it made a noise, and that was it. Despite cleaning and maintaining the filter, the same issue plagued both my original purchase AND the replacement unit they sent! Dyson's customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and difficult to communicate with. To add insult to injury, they sent the replacement to an old address! Their resolution? Offer me a refurbished unit. While unacceptable, I accepted it out of sheer exhaustion from fighting with them. This whole ordeal highlights the stark difference between Dyson and other brands. Shark, for instance, offers superior warranties and customer service. I've had no issues with their vacuums or their hair styler (which I switched to after this Dyson debacle). Buyer beware: Dyson's premium price tag doesn't translate to premium quality or customer support. Consider alternatives like Shark, which offer better value and peace of mind.

    Overheats Easily And Won’t Turn On Again

    This is not worth the money. This dryer over heats very easily and shuts off not allowing you to turn it back on. I had to return this and buy another because it never turned on again. The second dryer did the same thing. Dyson said it needs to rest to cool down. I don’t have time in the morning to give it a rest.

    Not for a natural curly hair girl

    I wanted to love this product but.. not the most useful styling tool for curly hair neither for keratin treated hair. My husband gifted me this item a few days ago so that I could spend less time doing my hair, I have a keratin treatment on my mids and ends but my roots are natural curly (no keratin in there). So, I watched videos on how to properly style the hair, and it did styled the mids and ends at first but my roots were still wavy-frizzy, despite my efforts on holding the barrel close to the roots it just couldn’t hold the styling there. I had to iron the roots (as my usual when doing the hair) so that it looked smooth and natural. An hour later my beautiful mermaid waves became flat straight with curve ends. I loved the first look of my hair and the color of this item but couldn’t justify the 1 and a half hours I spent at the bathroom doing the wavy sections to end up with nothing awesome. Now I feel so sad and my face is itchy due to the hot air.

    Ruining Your Holidays

    This review is simply on how the product was received and not the function of the product. I purchased this product for my wife as a Christmas gift and it was delivered without a box and left on our front porch. My wife was the one to take it inside and it has now ruined her big surprise! I wanted to watch her unwrap this item on Christmas morning and see her how happy she was and that has been unfortunately ruined by Best Buy. We order items from Best Buy online and shop in stores fairly often and have never had them ship something without nondescript packaging. This is completely unacceptable, especially during the holidays. We tried to speak with customer service for some form of compensation and they said they couldn’t do anything. This is very poor service recovery and says they really only care about the dollars at the end of the day. Overall, don’t order any kind of surprises/gifts from Best Buy because they might just ruin it.

    Poor quality- attachments dont connect

    I have been using previous version of dyson since last few years. It worked just fine but after opening this one, none of the attachmebts really attach to the main rod. Poor quality!

    I received a failed product. 4 of the attachments don’t properly align with the machine and falls off. I had a previous airwrap and it worked fine for many years,then I decided to upgrade it and now lost my money. Neither Best Buy or Dyson agrees to provide working attachments or exchange or return my money back.

    Returned it, it was damaging my hair and causing me to actually have hairs that were shorten then the rest I had seen reviews and waited for this color to get it but to be honest it’s just not worth it. It also made my hair more greasy. I have curly wavy hair and wanted to do the blowout but it’s not wroth the hair loss.

    Received the wrong product, returned it to Best Buy (the store at Fry Road did not accept the return at the store), and Best Buy ship the same product back to me. Worst experience ever. Best Buy never more again.

    Do not buy dyson

    I will never buy another Dyson product. They are very expensive and Dyson does not stand behind them when they fail. They will act like they care cause you to spend lots of time on the phone and mailing the product in to them only for them to do nothing but call regularly and ask what the status is.
