    Doesn’t hold curls

    I’ve had used this air wrap for about 2-3 months now and I’ve tried different methods, watched videos, tried styling products for the curls to stay. For both wands, 2 hours in having used the wands to curl my hair is slightly wavy. I’m assuming this styling tool isn’t for everyone’s hair. My hair usually holds curls but doesn’t with this product. Other than that ig it dries your hair fast with little to no damage compared to a blow dryer or whatnot… spent too much money on this for it to not work for my hair.

    Not my fave. Not very user friendly and I have better tools that cost 1/5th of the price and work better

    I really wanted to like this product, had been looking at it for a couple of years and finally decided to try it. In order to get tha curls the way you want, you are not supossed to dry your hair completely. If you have curly hair, that means your roots will look freezy and puffy. If you dry your hair properly and then use the curling attachments, the curls don’t properly hold. Sooooo, I’ll be returning it :(

    I got this thinking it would make it easier to curl my hair, but it actually makes it more complicated. Your hair has to be damp and the blower makes it hard to control how much goes into the curler. It also causes more flyaways. Overall its not great for how expensive it is.

    Bought in OCT and it worked great but now it will not stay on. While it did work it was amazing. Worth the money honestly.

    I find it hard to use , I think that hair type plays a huge part in it , I’ve used it 2 times and now it will just be collecting dust

    Incredible but Not Reliable

    Absolutely love the ease and use and results but this simply does not last. I have tried using Dyson for almost three years now. Every six months or so (despite me cleaning the filter and taking good care in storage) this dryer just dies. Turns off while using and does not turn back on. The company is great about sending replacements but it just is not worth it. Seems like they would solve this known issue with such a high price point.

    Incorrect product description

    This does NOT come with the large round brush attachement as shown in photos. I even read through the asked questions and dyson reassured it comes with the large attachement.
