Since I really wanted the pink one , I didnt return it but Im very disappointed. Attached photos!

Only after FIVE MONTHS of use, it stopped working consistently. It malfunctions and powers off before she can even finish styling her hair. Her hair is just past her shoulders. 2 year manufacturer warrenty, hopefully we can get it exchanged.

She has long, very thick hair and says the Airwrap works great for her. The problem is, it keeps randomly turn off when using it (and yes the filter is perfectly clean when this happens). In fact it’s been doing this since she purchased it on 11/24/24, but because she likes it so much, she’s been hesitant to return it. Well, it’s finally got the better of her and it’s going back to Best Buy for a return/repurchase as we are Best Buy Total members. If the replacement does the same, it will be returned and we won’t be buying another as this is simply unacceptable for such an expensive item. Unless you get the protection plan, I’d think long and hard before purchasing.

I don't find this to be more efficient for curling hair but it does speed up the hairdrying process by a lot!! This took a lot of video tutorials and tiral and error to understand. If you aren't willing to learn how to properly use the dyson I would say save your money. It isnt the most user friendly to the naked eye. Mine also arrived with a scratch on the side which is unfortunate.

Best Buy decided to use DoorDash to deliver a $600 product, and shocking no one, the delivery driver stole it. I spent a month fighting with customer service to get a replacement. Lesson learned, I’ll just pick it up at the store.

Maybe its better the silver one

So, I tried to do my hairstyle with my sister’s (which is silver) and I noticed a big difference and also, faster. I felt sad, I also had a scratch my Dyson.
