No clear winner. They both get thr job done and no one knows the difference whether you used the shark or dyson airwrap. However, if you have fine and thin hair, I would recommend the dyson solely because I feel like it has more temperature control than thr shark. But if you have coarser and thick hair like myself, youre good with saving almost half price by getting the shark.

I got the Dyson Airwrap Multi-Styler Complete Long (Strawberry Bronze/Blush Pink) as a gift for a friend. It’s a beautiful set and super well made, but to be honest, it didn’t work that well for her. She has fine, soft hair and while the tool styled it quickly and with minimal heat, the curls just didn’t hold at all—within an hour they completely fell flat, even with product. It’s great in theory, especially for protecting hair from heat damage, but for her hair type it just wasn’t worth the price. I think it could work better for someone with thicker or more textured hair. The presentation and packaging were gorgeous though, definitely felt like a luxury item. Just wish it had delivered better results.

I love my Dyson airwrap, definitely safer than other blowdryers, the attachments are all pretty effective, but I still do need a curling iron or hair straightener and find it to be a little overpriced.

Has a bit of a learning curve but it definitely has been more convenient when I’m just out of the shower and needing to head out.

it is really good for styling and blowing out hair. however, tools to curly hair takes time and doesnt make last even an hour

This was an upgrade to my 2 year old air wrap. However it was defective so I was able to get Dyson to help me with a new model. The color is super cute though, this would make a great college gift or graduation gift!

My daughter loves this! There is no other thing that needs to be said except that I took one star off for the price. If you can look past the price, my daughter has only one complaint and that is her friends keep wanting to come over to her place top get ready form when they go out so they can use her Dyson Air wrap!

They are expensive for reasons. They are gentle on hair and does not give me split ends. Easy curling for people don’t know how to curls hairs

When using a Dyson, it would require a lot of patience and practice. Sometimes it would get really frustrating but all it takes is practice. I wish it would come with a lot more attachments like the little tool used to clean the Dyson. But aside from that, it’s a good purchase.

I love how everything works, the only bad thing is that the battery on my iron runs out very quickly and when I plug it into the power it doesn't work until the battery is charged.

Missing the cleaning brush & comb, but it is easy to use overall. Became my everyday hair tool

Bough for wife to make curling hair easier and it does work but the curls do not stay as long as using a traditional heat curler. Cool device still

It’s a good hair dryer but the styler is still not very easy for me to use. The dryer is fast but not as what I expected. Overall, I’m happy with a purchase.

It is ok I probably would not buy it for this price as there are other things that do the same thing for cheaper
