She has long thick wavy hair and likes to straighten it. She loved the gift. It’s lightweight, does not get nearly as hot as a dryer and dries her hair quickly.

Getting used to it.

The first time I used it, I had bouncy curls which thrilled me. They lasted 2 or 3 days. Second time I used it, my hair was dryer then the first time using it. Third time I changed heads and used the smaller roller. Again I got bouncy curls. So I know the secret... don’t use it on washed & dried hair. I haven’t used any hair products yet, but I got some today and I’ll try again tomorrow. I have noticed that the ends of my hair dry out faster then the rest of my hair, I have shoulder length/ dyed hair and it’s pretty fine.

Healthy Hair!

I was originally concerned because I saw people struggling with getting their curls to stay in reviews, but I did not have this problem at all. My hair already feels less damaged after just 30 days of using it. The one thing I wish is that they would offer a choice of long or short for the curling barrels. Only short is offered and you have to buy long separate.
