Love the packaging itself, it comes with a fancy leather case for all the accessories. I have thick wavy frizzy hair, the blow drying part works great(duh). The straightening did not work for my at all, it kept my hair wavy, just dried it. The curling part is the only reason i might have kept it because it does self curl it, which I thought was pretty cool. The only problem is that when I’m curling my hair, its SO LOUD next to my ear since its blow drying it. Not to mention as i was doing one strand, it was blowing the rest making them frizzy. It gave me a poofy curly look, which, I’m not a fan of. I’ll stick to my regular automatic curling iron. Also, there are no written instructions, you have to watch videos, which was annoying to me.

I gave this as a gift for Christmas and it had somebody's hair on the add ons. Everything was out of place and you can just tell that it was used. I've NEVER expected something like this from Best Buy out of all places. Thankfully, I have total tech and it shouldn't be an issue to get an actual NEW one

Great Dyson product

Works great on my hair. Tried blowing straight and also curling, its awesome. First time spending this much for a hair styler but I have to say worth it and no regrets.

So I paid more for it here because they wouldn’t honor the 20% discount Ulta was offering. Still, Best Buy was the only store within 60 miles locally. In fact, not even out of state stores of Ulta had it. So THANK YOU!

Her hair usually gets flat really fast after styling it but that is no longer an issue. It holds almost all day with almost little product.

I dry and straight my hair with a beautiful salon blow dry finish in 10 min is incredible how much time I save by using this air wrap. It has so many tools to do so many looks it’s definitely worth the investment
