I typically use the smoothing brush just because it’s just so fast and looks great! All of the attachments make my hair so soft and my hair always looks healthy.

I received a USED and dirty product instead of a BRAND new one, though I purchased and paid for a BRAND NEW product. 2. The color of the product I ordered matches with the box but, there's a different one INSIDE! 3. All the parts look used and filled with dust/dirt. 4. A few parts are completely missing! These issues are completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I bought it and send it to my wife as a gift for her birthday to Europe to find out it is US use only. That’s so ridiculous!!!
