I also love how easy it is to use and the box it comes with is beautiful, very high end, and leather. The brush attachment makes it so easy to dry and straighten all at once with no frizz!

Curling ur hair takes 5-10 min max!!!!

Difficult to use, big, bulky

I think they're still working on the technology. It is really quite big, difficult to grip, power plug is big too. Who has a bathroom big enough for another huge, heavy tool? One would likely have to swap something out or find somewhere else to store it. And more importantly, it did not make or hold a curl. Even the blow dry technology is a little out there. Maybe the next version will be a winner!

The Smooth + Control Styler was designed for those who are seeking to smooth and control their frizz-prone hair. The firm smoothing brush tool creates a straighter style with less frizz and flyaways, and the soft smoothing brush creates a smooth, blow-dry finish.
The Airwrap can deliver a variety of styles from voluminous curls, waves to a smooth finish. However, the end result varies and depends on a combination of factors – hair type, hair length, settings you use the product at or how wet the hair is before styling. If your experiencing curls dropping out, a few tips to help improve would be ensuring the hair is damp before styling, that the barrels are held in place until the hair is dry, and to use the cold shot to set the curls.
If you begin your hair wet, and use the pre-styling dryer prior to curling, you may wish to not dry your hair as much, and then when using the barrels to curl, ensure the hair is completely dry before releasing. If you start with dry hair and use a spray bottle to dampen hair, you may not be getting the hair wet enough prior to using the barrels. You can also experiment with a styling/setting spray once complete to help hold the curls.

Not travel Friendly

This does not include anything to keep my hair absolutely straight, unless you use the brush (it’s not 100% to make it straight). It’s very expensive, that’s probably why I give it 4 stars. To curl your hair, you have two different curl lengths - but you have to use two different curl iron attachments for each side of your hair (4 curl iron totals), so it’s not very travel friendly. I had to return because I travel a lot and this will take up too much room. They should also add a protective glove, as you kinda burn your fingers while curling if you have it on the hottest setting.
