Dyson vacuum ball upright

This is my 3rd Dyson and I’ve never had this before geek squad would not look at it

Too much suction
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s great on tile or low carpet, but the suction is too high for regular carpet. It’s really difficult too push it on carpet, and the brushes stop spinning. It seems to be a design flaw.

This one is just as powerful as our last pet version one. Hope it lasts for 10+ years like our older one.

We ordered it in our home state with the idea of taking it to the cabin. My wife talked me into opening to "try it out". She loved it so much, she kept it. Now have to wait till it's on special again to purchase another one.

This thing has a ton of power and I really wanted to love it. It “sticks” to my rugs and refuses to roll over them. The amount of force required to push it forward is ridiculous. I also have a newer Dyson v8 stick vacuum. It is a much better choice. I sadly returned this one within 2 days. Very disappointing!

Having left my last behind during a move to another state (it was given to a grateful neighbor and is still working 12 years plus) - only a Dyson would do. I can't say enough, love it!
