Only used it once, so far it is great. My 12 year old Dyson quit working so this is the replacement.

This vacuum has good suction to deep clean the carpets

We purchased a Dyson vacuum cleaner about 10 years ago and love it. However it started to fall apart, we wanted something similar ( no vacuum bag, and swiveling). We found this and an incredible price!! We used the vacuum the moment we received it, it picked up so much debris left by our older vacuum. What an improvement and the carpet feels like the carpet we remember.

Workd really well and is cleaning my carpet and raising the pile. It does not feel a durable as my old dyson only time will tell about that.

So far so good - this is an excellent product. The concerns in the reviews around it having suction that is a little too strong were odd. This does a great job.

Older son vacum broke down. And he borrowed my Dyson Vacum ssais carpet never looked so good. So for Xmas bought both sons a new vacum. Then mu twin said hey so we bought 2 more total of 4 on sale love my Dyson

Cant go wrong with a Dyson !!! Nothing bad to say about this unit. Really does the job and lives up to its name and expectations.

The Dyson vacuum delivers impressive suction power and the agitator performs excellently on both carpet and hard floors. However, this powerful suction becomes problematic when using it on loose rugs or unanchored carpets, as it tends to lift them rather than clean them effectively. My main concern is the build quality, which feels inadequate for such an expensive product. The vacuum is constructed primarily of plastic components that simply snap together. The frame twists and bends when trying to lock it in the upright position, making this basic function unnecessarily difficult. For storage, I have to lean it against a wall rather than trust it to stand on its own, as I'm constantly worried about breaking the flimsy plastic mechanisms. While the cleaning performance is undeniably good, the cheap construction quality doesn't match the premium price point. For what Dyson charges, I expected more durable materials and better engineering in the basic mechanical functions.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I bought a new one cause my other wore out. I have owned 4 Dyson and have nothing but good to say. My 1st experience with the Dyson was about 20 years ago in Germany at my son’s home. When I got back to the states I bought one. Will never go to a different company.

An amazing piece of an equipment. This vacuum gets all the dirt, dust, etc, out of our carpet. My wife hated the price, but she loves the results and raves about the vacuum now! The suction is strong and my wife says the carpet fells rejuvenated. Its also easy to move which is a plus.

Super suction but very heavy. Brush starts when turned on which I don’t like on my hardwood floor

This was good for what is available in the Dyson family at this point. I had the old Dyson DC 14 which was way better than this. The suction is good and that is the major reason I bought it, but the hose is so stiff and hard to use when you’re doing anything with the hand tools. Also, the thing falls over all the time you’ve got a really try to click it in place and it’s not easy. That is probably what annoys the heck out of me the most.

This is a heavy, but good suction vacuum. It would be very good, if it wasn't so heavy to operate.

We are Dyson junkies and there is good reason - they are the BEST and last the longest. So happy with this vacuum. I use it in the carpeted rooms in my home and the rooms just feel cleaner when I’m done. It does an amazing job with cat and dog hair!

I never own a Dyson before. This was my first Dyson and I can say that I love it. The suction is so powerful and I like the quality better than my other vacuum.
