I finally bit the bullet and made this purchase. I’m not the one to write a review but I’ve been contemplating buying this vacuum for about a year. I just couldn’t justify spending the money when there are more inexpensive options. After my 2nd vacuum croaked. I decided to invest in a more quality appliance. It’s worth every penny! It picks up deep dirt with ease! I have a robot vacuum that I’ve always used in addition to an upright one and this Dyson made my other named brand vacuums eat dust! Lol. If you are contemplating the purchase what helped me was to think of the money wasted with the others that didn’t last and for me to invest for an appliance for the long haul.

Great gift for my daughter. I’m going to purchase one for myself as well. Works awesome with cats in the house.

Vacuum is excellent. It really picks up dust like nothing else we have used.

I love Dysons! They work so well. My last one did end up breaking but I immediately replaced it.

Bought this to replace my Dyson ball vacuum that was old and tired. I've never hated a vacuum until I bought this one. The vacuum has no foot pedal to hold it upright, so it relies on tilting the whole vacuum to unlock the handle to do your vacuuming. The unintended consequence of this is that the vacuum collapses every time you try to roll it down the hall when it's turned off. I hate to even use it because I know it;s going to collapse at least 50% of the time I try to wheel it to another room. This feature makes me wonder if the person who designed has ever actually used a vacuum before. It does vacuum well, but everything is flimsy plastic instead of beefy plastic and metal like my 3 previous Dyson vacuums. It seems like a cheap imitation of a Dyson. The value engineering has resulted in a terrible product.

Vacuum works great. Has a lot of suction power, so much that it took some getting used to because it was a little harder to push and pull the vacuum.

This vacuum sucks hard. Very powerful suction, and its great for floors as well.

5 stars for floor vacuuming. The only complaint I have is the hose is difficult to use with the attachments and the standing straight up falls back down. But the floor cleaning is Great.

This vacuum from Dyson performs worse than the old Dyson Multi Floor 2. I’ve noticed this vacuum maneuvers harder, and tends to fall down when you try to lean back on the rear wheels moving longer distances. Suction is OK. Again I think the Multi Floor 2 discontinued version is overall better. But this will suffice for my needs around my smaller home

This is my second Dyson. I love them. This one is kind of big, but easy to move and get around corners. The price was one of those things I couldn’t walk away from. I have two BIG dogs and this vacuum is just the ticket!

Love my new vacuum,works fantastic,bought online ,communications from Best Buy was clear,concise and prompt. Home delivery was easily tracked.Will definitely use again.

This is our second Dyson vacuum. The other one is still working fine. Just tiresome hauling it up and down the stairs to use it. As expected from Dyson it works as advertised.

Great vacuum. I had a Dyson for 20 years. Very durable. I am sure this one will be the same. It picks up everything. It is not very loud.

Works great. Is hard to push on carpet, but that’s because it has great suction

Love Dyson Products but we have had an unpleasant experience with this vacuum. Too many little things have happened and we do not have time to keep fixing little things when floors need cleaning with children in a hurry. Too aggravating. In the process of trying to return with the warranty. The latest problem has been no suction in the hose when you try to use accessories. The big floor piece itself has been fine with suction but small actions are required to keep this thing in tune with our family. I hate it. I want one that is dependable. I am not turned off from Dyson products just this vacuum. Lol

Absolutely the best vacuum I’ve had in awhile. Usually a cordless vacuum buyer, this exceeded my expectations of a corded vacuum. I’ve always loved Dyson products, so this was no exception.
