Great suction power. Gets deep into the carpet pulling out the debris.

Great product. As with any Dyson it's not cheap. One of the best options that Best Buy offers is deal of the day. That's the day to pick one up if your looking to get one.

The dyson was easy to put together and the suction on it is great.

Not the best vacuum... we have regular plush carpet and the vacuum is very hard to push on the carpet... our rugs are alot shorter and easier to push but the carpets are almost impossible for my wife to vacuum so i have to emd uo doing it for her ... and it doesn't want to stand up by itself it falls over very easily and that is very aggravating

It is amazing! The vacuum vibrates the floor along with a strong motor allowing pushing and cleaning up dirt a breeze. Works just as good on hardwood as carpeted flooring. The only issue is the hose. It is extremely stiff creating some difficulty in angling as needed.

I have a dozen pets. This vacuum is a beast with pet hair.

My son loves to lay and play on the rug, and its a huge upgrade from ohr last vacuum. It leaves the rug/carpet feeling clan and fluffy. It really cleans deep in the threads and not just the surface.

Love Dyson Products but we have had an unpleasant experience with this vacuum. Too many little things have happened and we do not have time to keep fixing little things when floors need cleaning with children in a hurry. Too aggravating. In the process of trying to return with the warranty. The latest problem has been no suction in the hose when you try to use accessories. The big floor piece itself has been fine with suction but small actions are required to keep this thing in tune with our family. I hate it. I want one that is dependable. I am not turned off from Dyson products just this vacuum. Lol

It came with many attachments it works well and it switches from carpet to hardwood which I love.

Love this vacuum. A little hard to push because of the powerful sucking action but it does a great job.

The suction is so powerful that it grips the carpet and you can’t move it across the floor. It says it has automatic suction adjustment but that doesn’t seem to work and there is no options to manually adjust the suction power. I am not strong enough to maneuver this machine.

It is too heavy and when you try to vacum deep carpet, just gets stocked over and over. Returned

Love, love, love. Tried a few. A Bissell and this one. The thing vibrates intensely so you just know it's disturbing and lifting all dirt/debris. Too bad I'm in a place now with no carpet

We have had this for about a month now, we have 0 complaints. It does very well changing from hard floors to carpet floors.
