Heavy and tough to roll across carpet

It is difficult to run across various carpet types. After only 6 months of use I’m just so frustrated I am giving up. I am buying another brand. I do not recommend!

Not worth the monies

Sucks . . . Literally too much!!

My last one was a Dyson 2 and was awesome until it just gave up.. When this one went on sale, I jumped at it. Maybe I should have read reviews. While the vacuum picks up amazing, it's only. amazing on Hard Surfaces. I cannot vacuum any rugs with this thing because it literally tries to "EAT" the rug. Very disappointing indeed. I thought it was something I was doing but no, this is just a plain defect. I wish someone from Dyson would call and let me know what the issue is and how it can be fixed!! Or suggest and alternative product and I would "Gladly" trade this guy in today!!

It sucks! Both good and bad

I want my old Dyson DC15 verses the new models.

Doesn’t work on carpet

I have low pile carpet in about half my house and this vacuum is useless on it. The cleaning head jams and you have to turn the vacuum off to move it. I’m not talking shag carpet, just regular carpet. Best Buy won’t let me return it and Dyson wot help either. A total waste of $300!

Switch is faulty

Switch is faulty right out of the box so it doesn’t work unless you hold button down which does not work with this vacuum. All my other Dysons were amazing. This thing is garbage. Past return window when I opened so basically threw my money in the trash.

Disappointing

Suction on vacuum is very strong but too strong for throw rugs & very difficult to push on pile carpets. Really disappointing. This Dyson model obviously didnt undergo in home testing before going into production.
