Too many little things have happened and we do not have time to keep fixing little things when floors need cleaning with children in a hurry. Too aggravating. In the process of trying to return with the warranty. The latest problem has been no suction in the hose when you try to use accessories. The big floor piece itself has been fine with suction but small actions are required to keep this thing in tune with our family. I hate it. I want one that is dependable. I am not turned off from Dyson products just this vacuum. Lol

It says it has automatic suction adjustment but that doesn’t seem to work and there is no options to manually adjust the suction power. I am not strong enough to maneuver this machine.

My wife and I both gave it a shot and quickly said, "No go, make it gone!' The expandable plastic vacuum tubing is far too stiff and is always trying to too forcefully shrink when you need it extended. I takes too much of an effort to stretch it and it never maintains the full length. You need to continually stretch it out again. It's like you are battling the stretchable tubing to do the work you want to do. I was very surprised at how unacceptable this is and how popular the Dyson balls are. I would never buy one of these again.

Fantastic suction to get everything

Best vaccum I’ve ever used!

My last couple of cordless vacuums were Dyson and I was really impressed with them. Instead of buying another corded Hoover, I thought I'd give this Dyson a chance. I am so glad I did. Sometimes you need a little extra power and I find that a corded vacuum does that when you need extra cleaning power. This vacuum performed like a champ.

It shuts itself off. It also does “click” to stand up. I have to force it to stay standing. I was looking forward to this vacuum for so long and hate it.
