Have only had it for 7 months and it already is only about 60% as efficient as it was at the start. It is also starting to have issues with keeping suction as the mechanism that switches between suction and no suction is failing

Sucks . . . Literally too much!!

My last one was a Dyson 2 and was awesome until it just gave up.. When this one went on sale, I jumped at it. Maybe I should have read reviews. While the vacuum picks up amazing, it's only. amazing on Hard Surfaces. I cannot vacuum any rugs with this thing because it literally tries to "EAT" the rug. Very disappointing indeed. I thought it was something I was doing but no, this is just a plain defect. I wish someone from Dyson would call and let me know what the issue is and how it can be fixed!! Or suggest and alternative product and I would "Gladly" trade this guy in today!!

Heavy and tough to roll across carpet

It is difficult to run across various carpet types. After only 6 months of use I’m just so frustrated I am giving up. I am buying another brand. I do not recommend!
