Does not like to click back into stand position very easy, and the hose for attachments compresses when you have machine on due to suction and does not make it very easy to use. It’s going to take a lot of practice

I have had Kirby’s, orek and other high end vacumes, I will never buy anything but a dyson from now on!!!!They just keep getting better!

Does require a bit more arm strength than my prior lightweight vacuum but totally worth the bicep workout.

It was amazing what this thing picked up my other vacuum didn’t! So I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong..I can’t use hose for attachments because the suction is so strong it’s like a tug a war. I don’t see how to adjust the suction, or if I can? Using my handheld since I can’t figure it out. I would agree with other reviewers that arm strength is necessary with this one.

Having left my last behind during a move to another state (it was given to a grateful neighbor and is still working 12 years plus) - only a Dyson would do. I can't say enough, love it!

Bare floors it's fine as well on a thinner area rug (not to thin). If my husband hadn't of thrown away the box this would've been returned. I will have to go out and get a vacuum that I can use in the living room now. Very disappointed.

Used the attachment, hair removal tool, on the stairs. Picked up a lot of stuff missed by a previous vacuuming with another machine. Love the attachments. Used the vacuum to clean mattress and pillows to get rid of dust and dust mites.

It literally gets every peice of hair/fuzz/ dirt. My carpets look great, honestly. A little heavy and awkward, but I’m also short…but I guess that’s what you trade off for a good high powered vacuum.

Definitely have some buyers remorse as I didn’t research before my purchase. This vacuumed is HEAVY and very clumsy to use. It picks up everything but isn’t easy to navigate around the furniture and corners.

It still works it just got beat up a bit. This vacuum has excellent cleaning power and it easy for me to manure. I also like the color combination on this. I’m not a fan of the cordless options, so this is perfect for me. I will always purchase from Dyson, as other products are holding up well for long periods of time. You get what you pay for.

The new Dyson is even better then the prior one. I'm happy that I decided to buy this dyson at Best Buy.

Thinner in areas and flashing still on the plastic. Hard to keep it upright, but it still sucks like no other vacuum. Sliding the handle back in the hose slot is annoying.
