Seems to be made cheaper quality than past Dyson vacuums.

For someone who has 3 dogs, this does more than any vacuum I've had my entire life. The suction is AMAZING and unbelievable!

This vacuum does everything I need and more. From baseboards to my ceiling fans and, of course, the floors. I have hardwood floors. This machine cut my time to clean way down. Suction is powerful, easy to empty. I love it so much that I bought one as a Christmas gift for my bestie! (She’s going to love it, too!)

Great suction, it is a great vacuum, but I wish the locking system for the back wheels was better, it keeps flipping off when rolling across the floor to put up, when using the attachments the hose is a bit stiff, now maybe it will loosen up after it is used a few more times! I am completely satisfied with the vacuum,

This is the best upright vacuum I have ever owned. It cleans extremely well. It came with all of the most useful tools. It is easy to empty, easy to clean and stores in a closet.

Great vacuum in every way. The power and versatility it has is amazing. Floors, stairs, and even or furniture get cleaned in a snap. It also has the strongest suction of any vacuum that I've ever owned. Thank you Dyson and thank you Bestbuy!

This vacuum has terrific suction. It found dirt that I didn't realize was there. I'm extremely happy with the purchase. It's not a negative so I'm not taking off any stars, but it comes with a a ton of attachments and there's no place on the vacuum for them. Because they're out of sight, they may not get much use.

It did not come with directions on how to put together. I had to google directions on how to assemble. If you have a lot of stairs, it’s very heavy and not convenient to carry up and down stairs or to vacuum stairs. It is very powerful and works great on carpet.

This vacuum is a mixed bag of plus and minus attributes. On the plus side is high suction and a full compliment of tools/accessories. The downside is using the attachments with the collapsible hose. The hose is mounted high enough on the vacuum that will pull the vacuum over if the attachment end goes against some that causes vacuum to increase. One has to constantly be vigilant or the vacuum will be on its back. It would be returned save for I discarded all of the packaging.

Love it. Easy to empty container and cord is just right for the length it is. It is also nice to have the extra attachments when needed.

Excellent product. Replaces an older similar model that worked wonderful as well. Dyson makes some good products that just work. The suction is stronger than the old model. It’s a bit quieter as well. Works well on tile & carpet. Almost too well on thick carpet! Hands down a great product
