I bought another vacuum to replace an old cacuum. This vacuum works great and picks up pet hair. I would recommend this product

So good I bought three of them. one for me, one for my daughter , and the third for her mother.

It is powerful. Very strong suction. It is a little for me being 73 but tightening my arm muscles. So no complaints:)

The suction on this vacuum is fabulous! Only a shop vacuum can compare. Wonderful on floors, and attachments with exception of the carpet head which sucks up carpet so tight that cannot move device across floor. It needs a vent that can be controlled. From reading there is such head but cost another $100. So be aware. Customer service is non existent cause automated.

The best and most effective vac I've ever owned And can't beat the price from Best Buy 5 German Shepards and this has the longevity to keep up with massive dirt and hair accumulation. Love the ease of cleaning the filters to maintain the maximum quality of cleaning this thing can achieve

This Dyson feels cheeper then the first one I had. It is hard to get it to stand upright, it makes a click noise but if you let go it falls back and isn’t locked in an upright position. The suction is fine. It does pretty good I just feel like my first Dyson was made better and this is a cheeper made version of it and the quality isn’t as good. I don’t know if I will stick with the Dyson brand after this one do to the poorer quality.

Pros: decent suction, 5 attachments, easy-empty cylinder. Cons: Grand Forks ND Best Buy didn't have anything similar to try. So, I went with high-end price believing I'd get quality. Bad call! Extremely difficult manipulating, strains body trying to navigate properly--impossible. I regret purchasing this vacuum. It seemed that at top-of-the-line price, I'd get what I'd paid for--no. So much hard plastic bound to create breakage problems,

I have to wear a back brace when using this vacuum cleaner. It is nearly impossible to use. The suction is so strong that I can barely push it back and forth. However, I am keeping this vacuum because the amount of debris it picks up is incredible! I have used two different vacuums on the carpet and a shampooer. I cannot believe how much allergens and sand and whatever else has been sitting in the carpet despite prior cleanings.

Excellent Deal, and it runs great! 5 Stars! My old Dyson, which was ten years old, stopped running when this one went on sale.

I bought this unit specifically because it came with the no tangle hair attachment or whatever its called. It works great! Just wish it was bigger (wider). The vacuum itself has totally revived my carpet that was beginning to mat down. My only issue is i keep getting the cord caught up in the wheels.

Our new Dyson has great suction and does a tremendous job getting the carpet and wood surfaces clean. The attachments work very well and we are very pleased with our purchase.
