The downside is that when on carpet the brush stops working and you can’t push it. I went through 2 of them with the same result. Switched to a shark and much happier.

I contacted Dyson and their customer service was awful. I do not recommend buying from Best Buy or Dyson now even though I have been a long time customer of Best Buy and Dyson.

This one is kind of big, but easy to move and get around corners. The price was one of those things I couldn’t walk away from. I have two BIG dogs and this vacuum is just the ticket!

This vacuum, while it has great suction, it is a pain to use. It’s loud. I just overall hate it. If my husband hadn’t thrown away the box, I would return it.

Difficult to push

It was extremely hard to push on carpet. The packaging stated the head adjusts from floors to carpeting. It didn’t. I called Dyson troubleshoot and they sent me a new head that has the adjustable settings. It didn’t fit my model. I called Dyson again and they recommended to take it to be repaired. Sounded like a ridiculous option for a new machine. I ended up returning it and purchased a different model.
