    Heavy and tough to roll across carpet

    I really wanted this product to be excellent based on name brand and price point but I am very disappointed. It is difficult to run across various carpet types. After only 6 months of use I’m just so frustrated I am giving up. I am buying another brand. I do not recommend!

    Doesn't do very well on anything other than carpets. Have only had it for 7 months and it already is only about 60% as efficient as it was at the start. It is also starting to have issues with keeping suction as the mechanism that switches between suction and no suction is failing

    Extension wand to short hard to use and put back, all accessories do not fit on vacuum, will not pick up sunflower seed, small bites dog food, had less than a month screws on footboard already fallen out

    I have used DYSON Vacuum Cleaners for literally 15 Years. My last one was a Dyson 2 and was awesome until it just gave up.. When this one went on sale, I jumped at it. Maybe I should have read reviews. While the vacuum picks up amazing, it's only. amazing on Hard Surfaces. I cannot vacuum any rugs with this thing because it literally tries to "EAT" the rug. Very disappointing indeed. I thought it was something I was doing but no, this is just a plain defect. I wish someone from Dyson would call and let me know what the issue is and how it can be fixed!! Or suggest and alternative product and I would "Gladly" trade this guy in today!!

    I want my old Dyson DC15 verses the new models.

    Very hard to push on thick carpet got sore arm. On area rugs, it sucks them up and gets clogged up in the roller.
