I recently needed to purchase one for my parents and this one did no disappoint. It was so easy to assemble and quickly showed my parents how much dirt was in their carpet. Another win for Dyson!!

Dyson said the repair would be free, but the part was on backorder and continued to be on back order for 3-4 months. We are currently on our 3rd waiting list for a new head and the free warranty is about to expire. Absolute JUNK.
