It will not snap back into the resting position after you stop vacuuming. It falls over because it is not balanced. The cord is always in the way. It does pick up dirt well but that is the only redeeming feature of this Dyson. I owned a Dyson before and loved it.

However it started to fall apart, we wanted something similar ( no vacuum bag, and swiveling). We found this and an incredible price!! We used the vacuum the moment we received it, it picked up so much debris left by our older vacuum. What an improvement and the carpet feels like the carpet we remember.

This is my 3rd Dyson and I’ve never had this before geek squad would not look at it

We ordered it in our home state with the idea of taking it to the cabin. My wife talked me into opening to "try it out". She loved it so much, she kept it. Now have to wait till it's on special again to purchase another one.

This vacuum gets all the dirt, dust, etc, out of our carpet. My wife hated the price, but she loves the results and raves about the vacuum now! The suction is strong and my wife says the carpet fells rejuvenated. Its also easy to move which is a plus.

This one is a bit louder than any of the others purchased. But great for homes with pets.

This one is just as powerful as our last pet version one. Hope it lasts for 10+ years like our older one.

I've never hated a vacuum until I bought this one. The vacuum has no foot pedal to hold it upright, so it relies on tilting the whole vacuum to unlock the handle to do your vacuuming. The unintended consequence of this is that the vacuum collapses every time you try to roll it down the hall when it's turned off. I hate to even use it because I know it;s going to collapse at least 50% of the time I try to wheel it to another room. This feature makes me wonder if the person who designed has ever actually used a vacuum before. It does vacuum well, but everything is flimsy plastic instead of beefy plastic and metal like my 3 previous Dyson vacuums. It seems like a cheap imitation of a Dyson. The value engineering has resulted in a terrible product.

Long time Dyson owner very frustrated

This thing has a ton of power and I really wanted to love it. It “sticks” to my rugs and refuses to roll over them. The amount of force required to push it forward is ridiculous. I also have a newer Dyson v8 stick vacuum. It is a much better choice. I sadly returned this one within 2 days. Very disappointing!
