After our last two failed at the big text on the box indicating no brush wrap. Literally within the first use, I had to cut hair out. Each time got worse and worse until I finally decided to look beyond Shark. We have 4 shelties and 2 cats. Got the Dyson and the suction is unbelievable and the brush actually lives up to the hype, NO HAIR WRAP...

I bought a Dyson vacuum that has a switch to move from high to low nap. With the high nap setting, I had to put my whole body into pushing it. I did some research and found this vacuum that was created specifically for Mohawk high nap carpets. Hands down, it's the best vacuum I've ever had.

Available parts. Excellent performance. We have a very large golden retriever, 2 cats and alot of foot traffic in our house. Dysons have been good to us where cheaper units have failed within a year time and time again.

Decided to buy another one and it continues in its fine quality of performance, quality , and well worth the price.
