Best vacuum I’ve owned

The only issue is the way that it rolls on its wheels when not in use. It just isn’t smooth. It’s not a big deal but this is why I didn’t rate it 5 stars.

We made an appointment with the Geek Squad to have it repaired and upon arrival, they gave us a gift card to purchase a BRAND NEW Dyson! Such great customer service and care.

On a longer carpet or rug you can count it as arms day at the gym. Love the quality and engineering involved in all of Dyson products, and this vacuum does not disappoint.

I tried all 3 settings and all the same. Using the hose attachment was difficult too. The hose did not loosen when extending it without manually stretching it. Also concerned over time the hose would crack where it was attached to the attachment piece. When putting the vacuum back up in standing position the hose keeps running. Very disappointing after deciding to try a Dyson for the first time. Returned to the store.

If you want quality, you’ve gotta shell out for the name brand. Really great at getting edges and corners. Able to reach the cobwebs too. Best vacuum I’ve ever owned.

It didn't have the ball, and I was worried I wouldn't like it, but it turns out I LOVE it! Fantastic product from a fantastic company. You really pay for the quality not just the name.

Great Vacuum!

But this one is by far my favorite! It is much more quiet and as someone who has waist length hair, I love the no tangle beater bar!

Has to be tilted on either side for the ball to actually be of use, as for the 2 back wheels, they are completely lifted from the ground and provide no support or assistance in pushing forward. Needs more or bigger wheels for ease of use. dont like having to wait about 28 hrs for the rung out filter to dry. No sun* Straight back and forth would not recommend, for turns sure.

This was a great upgrade! It works amazing in all floor types and especially with picking up pet hair. Definitely would recommend.
