First time Dyson user and I have been impressed. I will be using them moving forward based on the quality of this vacuum.

It works, great suction so far, but its so heavy and hard to maneuver around. The hose is impossible to deal with, and I hate how the extension wand just sits in the base all lose. The floor setting being on top of the roller is odd to me, If I was someone who struggled physically this vacuum would not be one that I recommend at all. I much prefer my older Shark to Dyson, but that is just me. Wish I would've went with a new Shark instead but I figured Id treat myself to this one, color me disappointed. It just sits in my closet now as I use my old Shark.

Great for pet hair and all the messes that come with having three children!

Does very well overall, but is not easy to move around. Does great for pet hair but the nozzle for getting hard to reach places is very stiff and does not give you much room for extension.

I love my previous animal ball dyson. My daughters friend stepped on it and broke it. Would’ve cost almost as much to buy a new one to repair. So I ended up buying a new one. I do love it. Just not made as good as the first one I bought when They first came out.

Great product, well worth the money! We have three dogs, and shedding season is a breeze now. Would definitely buy from Dyson again.

Love this vacuum cleaner, it is the best investment I made this year.

I actually returned this vacuum - my house isn't too big and doesn't have much carpeting so it was a bit overkill for what I need. It's a bummer there aren't more accessories though

Vacuum is great. But some rugs it is impossible to pull the vacuum backwards. it makes too tightof a seal. Also the head of the vacuum randomly falls off

I LOVE this Dyson. We love on a small farm with A LOT of indoor and outdoor animals. We’re constantly tracking the outdoors into the house - dirt, straw, feathers, grass, whatever. We brought out older dyson to camp and put this newer dyson to the test. 100%

Tackles the mess of 3 kids and 4 animals with ease. Only complaint is that it doesn’t have a retractable cord. With paying this much on a vacuum, I would think that’d be standard.

This is my second Dyson Animal vacuum and I really like it. The self cleaning feature for the rolling brush is an amazing feature! I love this vacuum and recommend it to anyone who has pet hair in their home.

I had Dyson products for years and bought this one less than a month ago. From the first time to this day, it smells like the motor is burning. Some products have that weird smell the first time you use it and it goes away. This has not. I have to air out the home because I’m afraid of what we are smelling is toxic. Perhaps I was given a faulty product, I will return this one and get a new one. If it happens with another vacuum then I will move onto another model of Dyson because this issue is new and it doesn’t seem safe at all.

Not only does a great job on pet hair it gets dirt out of the carpet that you didnt know was there. Also i can vacuum the stairs without holding on to the machine while doing so

Amazing purchase. I can’t believe how much brighter my floors looked after using this! I don’t have pets but wanted the hair detangler so my hair wouldn’t get caught in the vacuum and sure enough it works!

This is a must buy! This vacuum was able to lift more dirt from my rug then my hoover vacuum! And this newer model has an adjustable suction head that all of Dyson models never had! Making even easier to clean from rug to floor ! Brilliant Dyson!

Dyson vacuums are always reliable and can handle things that will usually stress or wreck your vacuum. Mine was able to handle clumps of dog hair that have killed multiple other vacuums.
