I suffer with severe allergies and have carpet on the 2nd floor of my home. This vacuums has mad a huge difference. Much better than shark and every other brand I’ve tried.

It was supposed to arrive the day after placing my order but didn't arrive until the following week. In the meantime, I found the same vacuum at a cheaper price, so I bought that one.

The ball design is hard to use, although it does become less rigid over time. Wait for the normal designs to return if you can, would not recommend this model.
