Probably the most overly engineered gimmicky piece of junk I’ve ever seen next to a Tesla. Suction isn’t any good, standing it vertically is horrible and never works the 1st attempt, almost useless unless it’s totally empty, the power cable is in a bad place, the head detaches easily, and the list goes on. If you want a mediocre vacuum please go pick one up for less than $100, it’ll be super similar. If you want an objectively nice vacuum, I suggest you look elsewhere

Vacuum head won’t stay on. Should be recalled.

When you vacuum on carpet the lever catches carpet and pops the brush head off. Instead of fixing the problem Dyson keeps sending me replacement vacuums. I should have read the reviews of people having the same issue before purchasing. The vacuum head is also very narrow and makes you have to vacuum longer. Worst Dyson product I’ve ever owned.

After repeatedly buying another brand, we decided to try a Dyson and I will never buy another one! I hated it from the get go. It is not user friendly. It doesn’t want to stay locked in the upright position. The hose constantly gets clogged with pet hair. It doesn’t pick up very well on hardwood compared to other brands I’ve had. The hose itself is so awkward and difficult to use and does not have good suction even when it isn’t clogged. I haven’t had a clean floor since I bought this thing!!!

Great vaccuum when it works which is not often.

It would not even get my dogs hair off of my area rug and to clean the stairs forget about it so uncomfortable at this price point i think Dyson messed this one up with the new roller on the bottom and the long hose wand that can not be adjusted. I would not recommend. Works well on hard wood floors lol

Constantly clogged, no suction, broken handles. I’ve been twice as happy with vacuums I spent half as much on so I won’t be purchasing Dyson anymore
